Pipeworx Supports Steps for Life Fundraiser

Team Linda Raises $1,535.00

When challenged by the Steps for Life to represent the Pipeworx mission statement, “Where Safety and Quality are #1,” Linda Gerlitz, National Construction Safety Advisor for the Pipeworx Grand Prairie office readily volunteered.

“Team Linda” stepped up and raised $1,535.00 for the 5-km walk to help support families impacted by workplace tragedy. Steps for Life is the flagship fundraiser for Threads of Life.

“This is first time Steps for Life held an event in Grand Prairie and $15,000.00 was successfully raised. Not bad for the first annual walk in this area,” commented Linda.

Many thanks to the Pipeworx Ltd. employees for their support and the friends and family of walkers, Kevin Grant, Cassandra Morin, Carsyn Hlushak, Rylan Morin, Kaelyn Hlushak, Dylan Morin and Maddyn Morin.
