Material will not be stored adjacent to perimeter handrails unless the area is totally contained (physically boxed in) to prevent material from falling to a lower elevation. Oily rags shall be disposed of in identified metal cans and not placed with other garbage. Specific areas for disposal will be identified for recyclable materials; e.g., paper, wood, cardboard and scrap metal.
